* Do you feel like you’re working so hard but not really seeing results in your parenting?
* Are you worried about your kids not being helpful around the house and/or acting entitled?

From Saren:
“As a family mentor/coach, I would love to help you discover and implement solutions that will really work for you and your family. I’d love to help you look at what’s working and not working in your family and figure out WHAT you can specifically do to move things in a direction you feel excited about. I can’t help you solve major problems in one 50-minute session but I can offer you encouragement, new perspectives, tools, and support to get you on the path towards real solutions.”
Each coaching session with Saren includes:
* questions and suggestions that will help you get to the root of what is going on
* assistance coming up with a solid and do-able action plan for how you will move things forward
* a follow-up email within 24 hours of your session with your chosen action along with tips and tools to help you move forward
* a reminder email to help you keep things moving forward
Quotes from those who’ve participated in coaching sessions with Saren:
“My session was filled with lots of positive, caring energy, even through Zoom! All advice was practical and broken down into steps that I was able to start that day.”
“After our session, I felt equipped to handle the situation we discussed. Saren was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared. I felt heard and understood. I felt like it was a safe place to be vulnerable and honest. Her advice was spot on and really helped me accomplish what I needed to accomplish. I took her advice and applied it to many areas of my life. I had never talked to anyone in a coaching scenario before and was pleased to find it so helpful.”
“I really appreciated the chance to verbalize my thoughts and concerns about the relationship I have with my teenager. It’s amazing how quickly ideas surface when given the chance to council with another about it.”
“It was so helpful to talk to someone about my son’s specific situation. Parenting books are helpful but I needed specific help for my son. Saren was so encouraging and it so helpful to hear from her that she thinks I’m doing a good job and that the things I’m facing are hard. It was very validating.”
“I love the model Saren used during our session. I also liked how she had me fill out the info form in advance so she could call my children by name and go into the session with a good handle on my situation – this allowed us to cut to the chase and get so much done in a short time.”
“I really liked the follow-up email shortly after our call while it was still fresh on my mind. There were a lot of actionable items I could immediately implement. I felt they were specific to my circumstances. Saren did a great job listening and she made me feel like she cared about my situation. I liked her positivity and encouragement.”
“Saren’s questions were helpful in guiding me to narrow down and identify a single issue to work on. It was helpful hearing her give sample dialogue so that I could envision and image how a possible conversation could go. Prior to that, I didn’t really know how to guide a conversation with my child deeper.”
“I loved Saren’s fresh ideas and her approach is amazing and warm. I felt very grateful for the follow up email. I felt uplifted and strengthened to keep trying to do the small simple things.”
“Saren was so relatable, and truly understood my troubles. Her experience really helped me with navigating my own path. She helped me get organized and I left armed with do-able solutions.”
“I trust Saren so much after years of ‘knowing’ her because of Power of Moms and Power of Families and her podcasts. I knew her values would be in line with mine and that is so important to me when I’m seeking counsel!”
“I found Saren’s practical solution-focused approach to be very helpful. I like how Saren really seemed to understand, care and want to help.”
Here’s how it works:
1. Once you make your payment, you’ll receive an email with a questionnaire that will gather some basic information about your family and the issues you’d like to discuss and a link that will allow you to set up your 50-minute introductory online coaching session at your convenience.
2. In your introductory session, you (and your parenting partner, if you like) will receive personalized coaching around the parenting issue of your choice. You’ll come away fresh perspectives, new ideas, and a bite-sized, do-able action plan to help you move towards some exciting progression. Then you’ll receive a follow-up email with details of your action plan you discussed typed up for you and additional ideas and resources to help you move forward.
2. After your intro session and initial follow-up, if you’d like to move forward on your own, that’s great. But if you’d like ongoing personalized coaching and support, you’ll be able to sign up for additional coaching sessions. Saren offers 2-session packages and 4-session packages so you can choose what you believe best meets your needs. You can choose to meet weekly or bi-weekly and can choose session times that work best for you. All sessions result in action plans and include follow-up.
