Now that you have finished processing and organizing your inbox, it’s time to review the commitments that will keep M.O.M. humming along in your life.
You’ve got a happy and productive future ahead of you!
Commitment #1: Check your calendar each day.
All the lists and folders you’ve created are going to be wonderful, but the only thing you have to check each day is your calendar. Once you check your calendar, you’ll want to either accomplish or delete the tasks that are specific to that day–while adding anything vital and day-specific to your calendar for the next day.
This will keep you from feeling panicked. You’ll be able to focus, without any worry that you’re forgetting something.
Commitment #2: Check your inboxes/landing spots each day.
Your mind will be able to rest as long as you know the following:
- everything is collected
- two-minute tasks are completed
- immediate needs are handled
- and everything else is sent to the Main Inbox–waiting for your Weekly Review
Commitment #3: Do a Weekly Review.
Even if it’s just a five-minute check-in, your mind needs to know that everything is clean, current, clear, and complete.
Here is a printable outline of the Weekly Review process that you can keep in a handy spot:

Congratulations! You have now completed all eight assignments, and you are well-prepared to manage your responsibilities and enjoy your life with your family. Excellent work!
