Listen while you exercise, clean or commute. Listen on your own or with your spouse. Listen to one at a time or several back-to-back.
Some will offer you some great "a-ha" ideas while others will be quick and fun reminders or offer you ideas to enhance what you're already doing well.
You'll want to take notes as you find ideas that are especially applicable to your family.
