I noticed there is a kindle version and paperback version avalible to purchase for the 3-7 year old edition. Any recommendations on which one would be better? When I looked on line I couldn’t tell what would be the difference with each version.
Dina Alexander says
Hi Beth.
Thanks for your question!
The Kindle version is identical to the printed copy. Both have great graphics, all the discussion questions and QR codes. The QR codes take you to our website that allow you to print out topic cards to make the experience more interactive. Or you can stick the topic cards to your fridge as a reminder to start talking ;). There are also QR codes every 10 lessons that allow you to give feedback to us as to what worked and perhaps didn’t work with your kids. Be sure to read the quick intro. and instructions for simple tips and advice.

Thank you. This is just what I needed to keep going in our discussions at home. I had already bought the 3-7 but now its time for the next book. I am feeling much more empowered and less overwhelmed after listening to this. I am so intimidated by having the sex talks with my kids because I don’t feel I have a perfectly healthy relationship with all things sex. Listening to these ideas and the principles in the books makes me realize I am qualified and ready. And I won’t be perfect and that is OK. I am so grateful for a resource that is empowering to the kids.

Thank you so much Emily! I am glad you realize that you ABSOLUTELY are qualified to teach this. You love and know your child better then anyone. You will be awesome!

I had first bypassed this podcast because, I thought it wasn’t for me. My oldest child just turned 7. For some reason I decided to listen to it tonight and am so grateful I did. I will be ordering the books! Thank you for for taking the time to do this podcast Dina and April.
